3. Sources of Personal Information

We may collect personal information from you; your device or browser (cookies, pixels, tags, server logs, analytics); payment processors, e-commerce, fulfillment, shipping, customer-service, and fraud-prevention vendors; advertising and analytics partners including Google Ads, Meta Ads, AdToms® Ads, retargeting/attribution/analytics providers; social media platforms; affiliate, ambassador, influencer, and referral partners; public sources; and other lawful sources, with your consent or as permitted by law.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to operate our business and provide the Services; process orders, subscriptions, shipping, and returns; communicate with you (transactional and account messages); send marketing communications you opted into; advertise and retarget; personalize the Services; manage promotions, giveaways, events, and ambassador programs; improve products and services; handle product quality, safety, and adverse events; prevent fraud and protect security; and comply with law and enforce our rights.

Regarding advertising and retargeting, we may use cookies, pixels, tags, conversion APIs, hashed contact information, and product/cart/checkout/purchase events through platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, AdToms® Ads, retargeting platforms, analytics tools, and affiliate platforms to show ads to interested visitors, measure ad performance, attribute conversions, create or refine audiences, suppress ads to existing purchasers, show relevant offers, and improve our marketing. We do not sell customer advertising data for money. However, some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly, and our use of advertising pixels, cookies, hashed customer lists, and retargeting technologies may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under some laws. Where required, you may opt out as described below.

5. Cookies, Pixels, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, APIs, local storage, server-side tracking, analytics tools, conversion tools, and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, remember preferences, manage carts and checkout, detect fraud, measure traffic, understand product interest, personalize content, deliver and measure ads, retarget visitors, attribute purchases, and improve our Services. We may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AdToms® Ads, email/SMS platforms, retargeting platforms, and affiliate platforms. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, device settings, our cookie preference tools if available, and privacy controls offered by advertising platforms. Where required by applicable law, we will treat recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control as requests to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device that sends the signal.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to service providers and vendors; advertising, analytics, and retargeting partners (including Google Ads, Meta Ads, AdToms® Ads); payment processors and financial partners; shipping, fulfillment, and logistics providers; manufacturers, co-packers, labs, quality consultants, and regulatory partners; social media platforms; affiliates, ambassadors, influencers, and promotional partners; legal, safety, and compliance recipients; parties to a business transfer (merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets); and others with your consent.

7. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. However, we may use advertising and retargeting technologies that disclose certain identifiers, internet activity, commercial information, or hashed contact information to advertising partners such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, AdToms® Ads, analytics providers, affiliate platforms, and attribution providers. Under some privacy laws, this may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising," even if no money is exchanged. You may opt out where required by applicable law by using our cookie preference tool if available; clicking a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link; enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control where required; adjusting browser, device, Google, Meta, or other platform settings; or contacting us at [email protected]. Cookie-based opt-outs may apply only to the browser or device you use.

8. Consumer Health Data

Certain information we collect may be considered consumer health data or sensitive personal information under applicable law, including information you voluntarily provide about supplement use, wellness goals, dietary preferences, allergies, sensitivities, complaints, adverse reactions, fitness routines, or similar wellness-related information. We may use consumer health data to provide products and services, respond to inquiries, recommend products, process complaints, investigate adverse events, comply with legal obligations, improve products, administer surveys, prevent fraud, and protect our rights. We do not use adverse-event reports or product-safety complaints for targeted advertising, and we do not knowingly sell consumer health data for money. We do not intend to use known sensitive consumer health data for targeted advertising without consent where consent is required by law. To make a consumer health data request, contact us at [email protected] with the subject line "Consumer Health Data Request."

9. Sensitive Personal Information

Some privacy laws define certain information as sensitive personal information, which may include health-related information you voluntarily provide, precise geolocation if enabled, government ID information if required for fraud prevention or compliance, account login information, or other sensitive categories. We use sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted by law. Where required, you may have the right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information; to make a request, contact us at [email protected].

10. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, know, or confirm processing; correction; deletion (subject to exceptions); portability; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit use of sensitive personal information; withdraw consent; and appeal a denied request by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights, though some Services may require certain information to function.

11. How to Submit a Privacy Request

You may submit a privacy request by emailing [email protected]. Please include your full name; your email address; your state or country of residence; the type of request; enough information to verify your identity; and any relevant order or account information. For security, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization.

12. State Privacy Rights

Some U.S. state privacy laws provide residents with specific rights, which may include rights to access, delete, correct, obtain a copy, opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive information uses, and appeal denied requests. California, Colorado, and Texas are examples of states with privacy frameworks that include such rights. If a state privacy law applies to us and to your information, we will process your request in accordance with that law.

13. California Privacy Notice

This section applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to us. In the past 12 months, we may have collected identifiers; commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity; geolocation information; audio, electronic, visual, or similar information; inferences; sensitive personal information; and other information you provide. We collect it from you, your device, service providers, advertising and analytics partners, social media platforms, affiliates, ambassadors, and other lawful sources, and use it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We disclose it to the categories of recipients described above. We do not sell personal information for money, but our use of advertising, analytics, pixels, cookies, retargeting tools, and hashed customer lists may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law; you may opt out using available cookie controls, recognized opt-out preference signals, or by contacting [email protected].

14. Email and SMS Marketing

If you sign up for marketing emails, you may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in the email. If you sign up for SMS messages, you may opt out by following the instructions in the message, such as replying STOP, where supported. We may still send transactional or service-related messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, subscription notices, account notices, and legal notices.

15. Retention of Personal Information

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services; process orders and subscriptions; maintain accounts; provide support; comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; prevent fraud; maintain security; manage product quality and adverse-event records; maintain marketing preferences and opt-out records; and support legitimate business operations. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, aggregate, or securely retain it as permitted by law.

16. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, payment system, database, network, or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for using secure networks and devices. If we experience a data breach requiring notice, we will provide notices as required by applicable law.

17. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. We do not knowingly sell dietary supplements to children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at [email protected], and we will take appropriate steps to review and delete the information where required.

The Services may include links to third-party websites, apps, social media platforms, payment processors, shipping carriers, advertising platforms, analytics providers, affiliate platforms, or other services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or policies of third parties. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

19. Reviews, Testimonials, and Public Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, video, comment, social media post, or other public content, that content may be publicly visible. Please do not include sensitive personal information, medical information, payment information, or information about other people.
