Refund Policy

We do not accept refunds. Our products are consumable dietary supplements, and for safety, quality, and regulatory reasons a consumable that has left our control cannot be used and then returned for a refund.

In the rare case you believe a refund is warranted, please email [email protected] and tell us your full reasoning, along with your order number. We review each request individually.

For a refund to even be considered, we require the unopened product back, with the safety seal intact and in its original packaging. Opened or used products, products with broken seals, final-sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are not eligible. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we determine we made an error.

If your package arrived damaged, defective, lost, or never arrived, contact [email protected] as soon as possible and we will make it right where appropriate. Do not send any product back without return authorization.
